After naming the subpartition in a partition element, the size of the partition element is resized smaller. If there'll
be  relationship links between elements contained in subpartitions, the relationship links are displayed outside of the
partition since the partition is shrinking smaller.

- create a partition and resize it bigger
- add a couple of subpartition to the right or to the bottom
- rename a subpartition and notice the size of the partition element itself is shrinking smaller

This is related to issue 136710 already resolved.  A design decision is needed.
