Build: http://deadlock.netbeans.org/hudson/job/python/nbpython-37.zip.

Steps to reproduce it:

1. install IDE, install Python 2.5.2 and 2.6
2. remove any existing NB Python userdir.
3. File -> New Project.
4. Select "Python" in Categories field, "Python Project" in Projects field. Click Next.
5. Will see an error message "Wrong Python pltform", typo "pltform".
