It should be possible to synchronize local source files with files on FTP server. Now it's not possible to delete
unnecessary (i.e. non-existing in the project anymore) files on FTP server.

Yes, I agree, that would be nice - the question is whether NB can be so good as specialized tools like Total Commander 
for example. Maybe some simple FTP browser could be enough. Definitely topis to discuss.

This functionality is IMHO too complex and specific for PHP support (even maybe for the whole NB).
