[dev aug 25] Localized filesystem exceptions as produced by a change
in the property sheet are no longer displayed as localized by the
property sheet code. For example, try to change the root directory of
a local FS to a bogus directory. You just see an exception dialog
saying an InvocationTargetException occurred, but with no localized
message.

PropertyPanel part of the bug fixed in PropertyPanel 1.41. Passing
this bug to Radek to use error manager in fs library to annotate the
exceptions with proper severity.

According to David Strupl, this bug was already fixed in 
PropertyPanel.

verified in [nb_dev](20020329) , now arise Information dialog (Invalid
value).

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
