Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create JCA-MessageDrivenBean.
2.Click on the palette window(navigate to window->Palette).

Observations:
It is observed that there is no components shown in the palette window.

Note:
It is observed that components are displayed in the Palette window in 20080918 build.

Find the attached snapshot for the same.

Verified in the build 20081002-1324.Hence closing the ticket.
