Steps to reproduce: 

1. Right click on PortTypes ->FileINboundPortType ->Poll and select the properties.


Run the a11y tool on the wizard and you will see following output.

SOA is no longer available in the NetBeans IDE so we are not going to fix this problem. Closing accordingly.
