Tools | Options | Editor | Hints, press Help. Help window has sections about all other tabs, but no section about Hints.

Several items are not listed in detail on that page. Not just "Hints", also "Mark Occurrences" for example. But all of
them are listed at the top of this topic. Only where it is non-intuitive is it applicable to provide additional help
here. Therefore, WONTFIX.
