Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create a Bpel module
2) Right click on Process Modules
3) Create a WSDL Document
4) Select a Abstract WSDL and click on next.
5) Select Oneway and change the part name to input
6) Click Finish
7) goto Binding node right click and add binding
8) Select JMS Binding Component Select Add binding to Service port check box
9) give details for connection URL, user and password and click "ok" button

The service port is not created.i.e. Service is not created in the Service section of the WSDL
