org.netbeans.performance.enterprise.actions.AddNewWSDLDocument performance test reports there is a regression since
NetBeans 6.1 in 1st usage of Add New WSDL Document. The regression is about 43-91%: 3-5 sec on NB 6.5 vs. 2-2.5 on NB 6.1

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
