FROM the bug description entered by Gabe in Open jbi component/IEP issuezilla. Moving here to keep design time bugs at
one place.

Create one StreamInput operator. Double-click on it to get the properties panel.
Go to the Documentation tab. Enter some text - now try to close the Properties
window - it will complain that an attribute name is not defined which is on the
first panel. It should let me save the Documentation and come back later to
define the attributes if I want to
