There is a wrong mapping of Help:
Tools | Options | Form Object | Expert |
for property Variables modifier invoke Property Editor and there push
"Help"

- > help with title "Finding Information About the IDE" will be shown

Marian, we only do userguide commits one branch at a time. We will 
merge everything to the trunk when we hit our next major milestone.
