There is a wrong mapping of Help:
Tools | Options | Form Object | Expert |
for property Property Editor Search Path invoke Property Editor and there push
"Help"

- > help with title "Finding Information About the IDE" will be shown

Target milestone -> 3.3.1.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to assign specific help on the
Property Editor Search Path to this dialog. It is a general dialog
used for editing multiple different lists in the IDE.  

We have removed the Help button from the dialog since specific help
for the specific property cannot be hooked up to the dialog.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
