There is a wrong mapping of Help:
Tools | Options | Form Object | 
for properties Connection Border Color, Drag Feedback Color and Selection Border
Color invoke Property Editor and there push "Help"

- > help with title "Finding Information About the IDE" will be shown instead
"Configuring Form Editor"
