Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200809040201) Java: 1.6.0_06; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 10.0-b22, WinXP, UTF-8 I'm running in Japanese locale, using a pseudo localized Netbeans with font size 16 option. 1. Create dtd document. 2. Open from the pop-up SAX Doc Handler Wizard 3. Go to the step4 of the wizard The wizard has a message taken not from pseudo localized bundle file. See image - the message circled in red.

Can you point to me name/location of the jar files that have such messages. I will send for you pseudo ones. Just copy them in locale folder. Then change your system locale to Japanese and start NetBeans to see the fix.
The module is xml.tools and the jar's name is org-netbeans-modules-xml-tools.jar. It'll be good if you verify, after all you've to give a go, not me.

Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200809101401) Java: 1.6.0_06; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 10.0-b22 I can't open step 4 of the wizard. There is an exception: http://statistics.netbeans.org/analytics/detail.do?id=110360 The same behavior in en_us locale without pseudo localization.
The exception was reported yesterday and has been fixed. See issue 146791. Please verify with a later build.
I used 0910 build. I'll check with the next one.
