a) expand Locale node in 'Explorer'
b) select some property - its properties will display in defaultly opened 
Properties Editor (you cannot use the new properties editor window opened from 
contextual menu - see issue #14634)
c) edit 'Key' value
d) switch to 'Value'
>> the 'Comment' field now contains '<java.lang.NullPointerException>', 
the 'Value' field contains 'null'

Verified in dev build [200210160100]. It is not reproducible.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
