-d'n'd some zillow operation into a java class

=> 8 jars are added to the project:
-one of them is for ZillowTypes.xsd
-7 of them are for other schemas but all of them contains classes for ZillowTypes elements in their own package - that
makes having a standalone jar for ZillowTypes unusable/redundant

I have to admit this was a hack to make things work for zillow.  However, it is too late to try to fix it for 6.5.  We
will address it in a future release.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
