System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1250; cs_CZ (nb)

1, Create a new form
2, Place a Menu Bar into it
3, If you try to place JSeparator into the form and you pass the mouse ("holding" the JSeparator) through any of the
menu items, you won't be longer to place it into the form.
