On fifth window of jar contents wizard, Jar Manifest,
the label at top right section of window, when running
in ja locale with pseudo localized messages,
each message containing some multibyte,
states "manifestTab"

This message is not found in the jarpackager.jar
Bundle.properties files.

This was fixed a while back. The string in question is now retrieved from a bundle
file.
