Running in ja locale on unix or in Japanese windows,
with labels and messages pseudo translated so that some multibyte
is in each:

1. Third window of new jar contents wizard
the directory prefix text field is partially obscured by the window
that has the columns for source, destination and file filter

2. Resizing fixes this, but in general, windows should dynamically
resize to account for differences in length of labels in other locales,
so that, on appearing, should appear the same as in US locale.
