i18n - Title (manifestTab) is displayed in English.

To reproduce
1.New-->Jar Packager-->Jar Contents (New Object Name)
2.Push Next button.(Choose contents for JAR file)
3.Push Next button.(File Location of generated JAR file.)
4.Push Next button.(manifest Tab)
  Title (manifestTab) is displayed in English.

Do the message of "Get clean copy" come from Bundle.properties?

Fixed in the development line some time ago.
