In the Project Properties dialog box is a Rake Arguments text box. It makes sense to put this in the Rake Runner. In the
above thread, we discussed keeping it in the Properties manager, where it is now, and also adding it to the Rake Runner,
and keeping the two text boxes in sync.

Am adding this as an RFE so I can track this GUI change and update the online help if this gets implemented.
