The Build option should build the application with the currently selected profile. The Build all should build the
packages for all the profiles that the developer had chosen while creating the project. Each platform binary should be
built into a separate folder.

Support of multiple profiles in parallel is a question of future. First let's see the JavaFX profiles itself, then let's
get some working Toolchain to build the application according the profile, then let's integrate it with NetBeans IDE and
then let's think about doing multiple profiles in parallel.

Run configurations are implemented, build-single and run-single implementation is in progress.
Support for parallel building of all configurations has been dropped.
