* Install Mirage Plugin to Netbeans IDE
* Create a new webapplication or portlet
* Access the jsp page and type in hand the taglib manually, say "<cms:authContext" . 

Issue: When you type the taglib manually in the IDE, the corresponding java doc doesnt have enough information
explaining the functionalities of the taglib
