When creating a new webservice project from the netbeans samples the second page 

of the wizard does not provide any option to register a server. It only allows 

to select a registered server. Could their be a new enhancement in this wizard 

so that the user can register a server on its way in creating a webservice 

project if a server is not already registered.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
