Terminal doesn't appear when user loads project to debugger
Scenario:
- Create Quote project
- Set line breakpoint at 229th line in quote.cc file
- Press 'Debug Main Project' button
==> External terminal doesn't appear. Input in 'Output' tab doesn't work also.

This is a serious regression. Need to be fixed ASAP.
