add component descriptor wizard, first panel - prefix and component descriptor panel, the dropdown for version decriptor does not show all its contents neither the starting item or when clicking on the dropdown. see attached gif. am using pseudo localized nb and at 14 pt font. this has been solved by other modules with similar such issues; the pseudo localized message is meant to be guide to longer messages when things are translated; but its not about absolute length of a string but that dropdown dynamically resize as needed.

horizontal size was set for combobox. specific value is removed. now works correctly with --fontsize 18
