The tree editor should support clipboard operations. It must tread carefully the
Cut action as it can lead to data loss (e.g. perform removal after successfull
paste).

Cut, copy operations must also copy the content to the system 
clipboard so that cross application pasting may be allowed.

Clipboard operations was already implemented in Forte's XML module.
