Change categories, their content and order according to the UI spec (see URL field).
The UI spec is out of date in several areas - missing Groovy, mistakenly including UML, missing some sample subcategories, etc. Nevertheless, I tried to interpret it as best I could, just putting Groovy between Ruby and C/C++. core-main #cf0fa241dd9c
Thanks, Jesse. The change is now in main repo. In continuous builds since #3101. I tried and it looks good to me. Though I'll let Jano verify...
There's separate issues filed against sample categories not conforming to the spec. What's wrong with the UML category? The intention for the Grails project was to put it into the Java Web category. I forgot to add it to the spec. I think Petr Jiricka and Martin Adamek would prefer a separate category, so I'll change the spec. We can always reconsider it. http://wiki.netbeans.org/NewProjectWizard
Nothing wrong with the UML category except UML is not in the standard build any more. I put it in the specified location in case it is added from AU.
