I was debugging a rails app.  Stopped at a breakpoint, stepped a bit, then ran full speed.

Pause button is disabled - it should be enabled (Unless this is not supported in Ruby I guess)
Continue button is enabled - it should be disabled.

Step Over, Step Into, Step Out, and Run To Cursor are all enabled.  They should also be disabled.

They don't do anything (which is correct, except for pause), but it is confusing to have the button state shown
incorrectly like this.
