Mercurial Queues (http://hgbook.red-bean.com/hgbookch12.html ) comes with the default mercurial install and seems to be
a good plugin for patch management. It would be nice for the netbeans module to support this otherwise people are forced
to use a separate terminal to use the different commands added by Mercurial Queues (qnew, qrefresh, etc).
