Baloon/paper-clip pop-up to guide you through input and output from blank canvas - designed in a way where we can add 
intermediate steps later

This needs design. Not sure what we ideally want to do here.

One way is to show some well known patterns (like filter, windowing) and show hyperlink which
when clicked creates a set of operators and link them together.

http://wiki.netbeans.org/IssueLifeCycle#section-IssueLifeCycle-EvaluatingIssues says not to use Resolved Later.

Enhancements should be open until rejected or implemented.
