Name label is not laying out within the use case ellipse in use case
diagram.

It should probably be center aligned and the name label of a use-case should not be allowed to leave the circle.

It looks a bit better if right-click and select "Resize Element to Contents" on the use case. This way, the use case is
resize to contain most of the text. see attached screenshot for an example.
