Decreasing the priority to P3 - according to the current bug priority guidelines at http://qa.netbeans.org/bugzilla/bug_priority_guidelines.html ('Missing 
Accessible Description (while Accessible Name is assigned)' is considered as P3 issue).

The problem still exists. I see changes from pointed changeset, but a11y-tool still reports this issue.
