Build: netbeans-hudson-trunk-2802-ruby.zip
OS: Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron

Previously I could at least get it so stop occasionally on a breakpoint (although that was the extent of what you could
do). But I can't even get it to behave as if the client side debugging is enabled. Other than the previously reported
URL launching problem there is no indication that client side debugging is even there.

Fixed.  The javascript debugger starts now, at least.
