NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 20080711151305)
JDK 1.6.0_03
Windows Vista version 6.0

1. Set option suspend on debugger; use same project from #139660; run debug
2. After debug suspends, start stepping over
>IE crashes

No issue on WinXP with IE 7.

Re-tested this on Vista with Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 20080715153428).
Could not reproduce.
