I18N - some messages not from .properties

On EventingStoryBoard Window, title of "Generate code for
Consume Event" window and label "Generate Code" seem not from
.properties files in the l10n-kit.

Two new properties are added to the

portalpack.portlets.genericportletssrc/org/netbeans/modules/portalpack/portlets/genericportlets/ddapi/impl/sun/ui/Bundle.properties

ConsumeEventDialog.generateSourcePanel.border.title=Generate Source
ConsumeEventDialog.title=Generate code to Process Event

"Generate Source" label is reused from the GenerateEventDialog.generateSourcePanel.border.title property and
corresponding values are added to ja/zh_CN/pt_BR files.

English value for ConsumeEventDialog.title property is added to Bundle.properties for ja/zh_CN/pt_BR/en files. We need
to get the localized values for this property.

Please verify this.
