http://hg.netbeans.org/main/rev/0a250da0bd62 ("new default window layout") introduced a dependency from core.ide to five
new modules, including the project system. This is not good. Please move the openCloseWindowGroup functionality to the
projectui module where it belongs. Ditto OpenedProjects.wsgrp.

Good thing I'm watching api-changes@netbeans.org...
