When editing a single PHP file/web page, it would be nice to have a possibility to run it in command line as a script.

I have already discussed it with Victoria - you can setup Run configuration for it (which is a preferred way for doing 
that). Of course, if there are more requests for such behaviour, we will do it. Thanks.

batch reassigning
