build 20080707

The diagram generated by doing cdfs on all the classes under the bankpack package results in diagram containing a big
gap between classes which doesn't look good. See attached screenshot.

- create the UML sample app
- expand the reverse-engineered Model
- right click on the bankpack package and select CDFS
- select Class diagram and press Finish

I am making this an enhancement request to make the layout algorithm better.
