There appears to be no way to assign an alternate key, using Tools->Options->Keymap, to bring up the "replace" dialog.

I think it is issue of editor.

Apparently there is no Edit -> Replace action in the Keymap panel. Similar to issue #133618.

Appears to be fixed in current trunk.
