new mobility custom component wizard - 2 items don't have labels from
bundle file


1. panel 2 - prefix and component descriptor panel
the words All MIDP Versions in the Version descriptor dropdown
(also the word Descriptor is misspelled)

2. panel 3 - component producer panel - the choices in the pallete category
dropdown like displayable, commands, etc
(or are these reserved words that need to stay in english ?)

verified ( Descriptor is misspelled still). will file separate resize issue
on panel 2.
