Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200807010102)
Java: 1.5.0_13; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_13-119
System: Mac OS X version 10.5.2 running on i386; MacRoman; en_US (nb)

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
-unzip javase distribution and run ide with clear userdir 
-go to main menu Tools|Plugins
-in Available Plugins tab select in popup menu Check All
-unselect the NB JUnit IDE Integration plugin because it cannot be installed - see issue #138684
-push install button and go through the installer - push Finish at the end -> IDE restarts
-->> during the startup there appear 2 identical Warning dialogs which have the same position on the screen - see
attached screenshot...

Warning dialogs sometimes disappear immediately after they are painted.

Instead of installing all plugins it can be reproducible also by installing plugins filtered by "javascript" in Search
tool of plugin manager.

I do not see these dialog. Reopen if this still occurs. There were reports of this occuring due to some caching in user dir.
