StackOverflow Exception 100% repeatable when opening the enclosed 
form / class.

Including folder with form, source file and the ide.log as requested by 
NeBeans on the exception

This is no longer an issue in build 3.2.1.  I was having the bug 
with other sources and forms later on after reporting this, but 
after updating to build 3.2.1 the issue is no longer present.  
Guessing it was a duplicate of issue 12113.
