When I trying to switch case of selected word in the editor,
it works incorrectly sometimes.

It seems that the bug starts occurring after pressing 
"Ctrl+U U", "Ctrl+U L" or "Ctrl+U S" several times in the editor.
If I close the document in the editor and the reopen it - case 
switching starts to work correctly again.

Also, the behavior of this feature depends on how you select
the word you want to switch case of (Select Identifier or Ctrl+Shift+Left/Right).

This issue applies to key bindings:
- Convert selection to uppercase.
- Convert selection to lowercase.
- Toggle case of selection.
