build 20080616

When moving a message (eg, sync message, message to self) faster in the upward direction, it stops from moving even
though the mouse pointer movement is still going. It seems to be working very fast if it's in the downward direction.
It's also ok if moving the asyn message very fast in the upward direction. Maybe the problem is caused by the message
that has the multiple lines.
