On which platform do you see this? Seems fine on Linux and the background colors for these items seem to be set 
correctly; perhaps this was fixed already.

It's on windows XP. Tested with today's build and it is still there. 

I also checked on MacOSX and the "Reformat Comments" checkbox is very slightly (probably 1px) misaligned, the background
color is fine.

Should be fixed now in changeset 483fe4a2db11, tested on Linux and WinXP. I'll push to the main repo tomorrow.
