System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1251; ru_RU (nb)

Useful menu with Go To functionality completely missed from source
view mode. Schema and Design views work fine.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create Java application and sample XML schema.
2. Switch to Source view.
3. Set cursor to any element (Ex.: <xs:element name="autoLoanApplication">)
   and click for comtext menu.

You should see Go To submenu in popup menu but there is no...

Fixed in main. There was a problem with document's mime type.
