Product Version: NetBeans IDE 6.1 (Build 200804211638)
Java: 1.6.0_10-beta; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 11.0-b11
System: Windows Vista version 6.0 running on x86; Cp1252; en_US (nb)
fx NB61 cb plugin: 260

1. Installed fresh NB 6.1
2. Installed plugin build
3. Uninstalled plugin modules (3 listed): Kit, Weather, and SDK
4. Checked NB install and in the javafx directory (which should be gone) I see:
org-netbeans-modules-api-debugger-javafx.jar
org-netbeans-modules-debugger-javafx-ant.jar
org-netbeans-modules-debbuger-javafx-projects.jar
org-netbeans-modules-javafx-lexer.jar
org-netbeans-modules-javafx-lib.jar
org-netbeans-modules-javafx-platform.jar
org-netbeans-modules-javafx-source.jar

To fix this I have to re-install nb 6.1 or use module manager to remove each module.

Verified. The root cause is that Debugger module is not installed
