If you have no webmodule mounted and try to execute some servlet then error dialog is shown. It's Ok, but if you close this error then 
servlet configuration dialog appears. It's useless because you can't execute servlet anyway.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
