Installed FlexBean from:
http://sourceforge.net/project/downloading.php?group_id=226609&use_mirror=voxel&filename=org-netbeans-module-flexbean.nbm&20602602
Adding the nbm from the plugin manager.
It removed my ~/.netbeans/6.1 directory.

it would be better to report to author of the module at sourceforge directly
